Process control and configuration

The process control and configuration capabilities of the SCE provide the tools to manage orchestrations and modules, handle error fallout, and apply action codes to the claim.

The SCE also contains the configurations to manage SLAs and testing tools to validate and test the system.

Orchestration

The orchestration configuration tools enable unique orchestrations of sequences and modules to be created, along with rules on when modules can be bypassed. The SCE provides all the tools to create new modules that can be executed, along with a library of existing modules.

The event management tools enable the SCE to configure how outcomes of reported events are managed.

Action management

The action management tools enable configurations of models to alter the standard processing for specific situations, including priority handling, identification of catastrophes, and claim latency.

SLA’s can be configured to support specific actions when a goal or deadline has been met. SLA’s can be configured for all work items and for specific event codes if required.
