Response error handling

When the ClaimsXten response indicates an error occurred (for example, a validation or mapping error is reported), the CXTErrorstoSCE decision table raises a unique event code for each error on the response.

Customer adjustment code

When an error response includes a customer adjustment code, the respective description of the code will be displayed on the UI. The decision table CXT_CustomerAdjustmentCode is responsible for building logic to display the description.

The information is displayed on the claim level:

ClaimsXten request/response event codes

During the ClaimsXten request/response processing, event codes are raised if any of the following scenarios are encountered:

SCX-0001Claim Pended because the “Certainty” on the Claim is Review.
SCX-0114Suspend Claim when ClaimsXten request has more claim lines.
SCX-0115Suspend Claim When Claim Line has more than one service code group.
SCX-0116Claim Pended because historic Claim neededchange.
SCX-0117Pend for action Support Review.
SCX-0118Pend for Claim Line Action Support
SCX-0119No Response received from ClaimsXten
SCX-0120Lines to be copied does not exist.
SCX-0121New Line needs to be added, however the line number already exists.
SCX-0122“Net Newline” field on the response is not received.
SCX-0123Claim line added for a Historic Claim.
SCX-0361Line quantity exceeds max quantity on Claim.
