The test analyst portal provides a test analyst with access to their current worklist and all the features required to test the smart claims engine.

The menu items available on the navigation bar on the test analyst portal are listed below.
| Menu feature | Description |
| Dashboard | The dashboard displays a section for the user's to-do items, a list of their team members, a list of the work queues and the notifications widget |
| Claims | This provides the user with the ability to search for claims |
| Claims inquiry | This provides the user with ability to search for claims inquiries |
| Test suite | This provides the user with the ability to create and manage test claims, test scenarios and test sets |
| Reports | This provides the user with the ability to access the out of the box reports |
