Configuring the document format
The Mastercom Claims Manager allows you to retrieve documentation for a chargeback
claim in various formats. By default, Pega Smart Dispute for Acquirers retrieves
documentation as merged .pdf files. Change the default behavior by
modifying the value of the MCOMDocumentFormat dynamic system
setting.

Implementation Guide
- In the Designer Studio header search field, enter MCOMDocumentFormat.
- Open the PegaCardSDMasterCard MCOMDocumentFormat dynamic system setting.
- In the Value field, enter one of the following
values:
- To retrieve documentation in its original format, enter ORIGINAL
- To retrieve documentation as a merged
.tifffiles, enter MERGED_TIFF - To retrieve documentation as a merged
.pdffiles, enter MERGED_PDF
- Click Save.
