MCOM: SLA processing details
Pega Smart Dispute for Acquirers manages the dispute lifecycle timelines by using standard SLA agents within Pega. These SLA rules are configured out-of-the-box at respective dispute stages and are configured based on the standard Visa timelines for VCR for each processing stage, for example Dispute, Representment, Pre-arb, and more.
