Configuring CSR flows

Pega Smart Dispute for Issuers contains alternative flows that are more appropriate to expose to a bank's Customer Service application.

Pega Smart Dispute for Issuers Implementation Guide

The main flow for CSR-initiated disputes is BeginMultipleTransactionSearch which internally calls another flow CallCSRProcess.

Review each flow with the bank and modify them, if needed.

  1. In the Dev Studio header search text field, enter BeginMultipleTransactionSearch and select the flow rule from the results.
  2. Click Save as.
  3. Click Edit to edit the Identifier name.
  4. In the Apply to field, enter the applicable class name.
  5. Select a ruleset from the Add to ruleset list, and click Create and open.
  6. Modify the flows, if needed.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Repeat the previous steps for CallCSRProcess, if needed.
