Pega Smart Dispute for Issuers contains alternative flows that are more appropriate to expose to a bank's Customer Service application.
The main flow for CSR-initiated disputes is BeginMultipleTransactionSearch which internally calls another flow CallCSRProcess.
Review each flow with the bank and modify them, if needed.
- In the Dev Studio header search text field, enter BeginMultipleTransactionSearch and select the flow rule from the results.
- Click Save as.
- Click Edit to edit the Identifier name.
- In the Apply to field, enter the applicable class name.
- Select a ruleset from the Add to ruleset list, and click Create and open.
- Modify the flows, if needed.
- Click Save.
- Repeat the previous steps for CallCSRProcess, if needed.
