Configuring the end point URL for the Ethoca Resolution Network
You must configure the end point URL for the Ethoca chargeback management program in order to integrate with Ethoca.

- On the Ethoca Integration Settings tab, in the End Point URL field, enter the URL.
- Click Update URL.
- If not enabled, enable the Enable Callback Feature. The callback service enables the system to receive event notifications from Ethoca for Alert IDs and merchant outcome processing in real-time. The system default is to poll for these notifications at predefined intervals.
