Configuring exception file listing for Visa disputes
With Smart Disputes for Issuers application, Issuers can list the Visa card in VCR – exception file listing. This feature can configured as a default setting for all Visa cards at a bank level.

- Navigate to the EFL Configuration Panel tab.
- Select Yes for Use Smart Disputes to submit EFL if none
exists question
Enabling this feature ensures that if the card is not in the exception list, it is automatically listed in Visa exception listing for all fraud disputes.
Configure the necessary details in this form so that the details submitted for each card have default settings from this configuration panel.
