Configuring integration with Ethoca and Verifi

Pega Smart Dispute for Issuers can integrate with a range of products offered by Ethoca and Verifi to enable collaboration between cardholders, issuers, and merchants to prevent dispute claims.

The following third-party products help resolve unrecognized transactions and eliminate chargebacks through direct relationships with merchants:

  • EthocaAlerts and Verifi CDRN redirect cardholder disputes from the bank to the merchant for assesment, potential dispute resolution, and chargeback prevention in near-real time.
  • EthocaEliminator and Verifi Order Insight provide access to merchant order details in real time.
Confirm that the customer has agreements in place with the network they wish to implement. The agreement is between the customer and the respective network, not between Pega and the network. If the customer does not have agreements in place and wishes to use this functionality, direct the customer to contact Verifi and/or Ethoca directly.
