Configuring the Mastercom authentication profile

Follow this procedure to enable MasterCom Claims Manager audit, authorization, and clearing data, and set up authentication parameters.

Pega Smart Dispute for Issuers Implementation Guide
Before you begin: Ensure that service request and response logging is enabled. See Enabling service request and response logging.
  1. Click Dev StudioSmart Dispute ConfigurationsMCOM Claims Manager Configurations.
  2. Next to Enable Authorization & Clearing Data, click Enable.
What to do next: Configure the base URL, keystore, consumer key, and key alias authentication parameters.
