Enabling the Mastercom interface

Enable the Mastercom interface to route all disputes through the Mastercom Claims Manager.

Pega Smart Dispute for Issuers Implementation Guide
  1. Click Dev StudioSmart Dispute ConfigurationsMCOM Claims Manager Configurations.
  2. In the Enable MCOM row, click Enable.
