Enabling specific third-party resolution network

Updated on March 21, 2023

The DetermineThirdPartyResNetwork decision rule lists the third-party network names and is created to evaluate the network name and its respective data class. Set the value to true along with the specific resolution network name to invoke that particular system.

Pega Smart Dispute for Issuers Implementation Guide
  1. Click Dev StudioSmart Dispute ConfigurationsThird Party Resolution Network.
  2. On the Third-Party Resolution Network Panel tab click Determine Third Party Network.
  3. Update the decision table either to true or false based on the third-party system integration to return the Integrated System Name. This table can be extended to add new third-party networks in the future.
Note: Setting all the conditions to false disables all the third-party networks during the dispute process.
