Dispute Qualification scripts contain qualification questions and the TalkOff scripts. Use this procedure to update the dispute questionnaire in the Qualify Dispute assignment for every dispute reason in given business.
The following example refers to the I canceled the merchandise/service dispute reason for Visa association.
- In the Dev Studio header search text field, enter
CustomerDisputeQuestionnaireCS and select the
PegaCard-Sd-Dispute-Visasection rule from the results.
- Open the
CustomerDisputeQuestionnaireCS_Extextension point available at the end of the section.
- Click Save As.
- In the Apply to field, select the appropriate implementation class for your application.
- In the Add to ruleset list, select the ruleset for your application.
- Click Create and open.
- Modify or move the questions as necessary.
- Click Save.
- Repeat this procedure to update/add questionnaire for all applicable dispute reasons.
