Modifying the Manual Case Creation section

A Disputes operator can create a case for a customer even if they cannot find the underlying transaction (because of systems issues or other posting problems). As a result, they can keep track of the customer’s problem, meet regulatory and policy rules, and solve the problem for the customer.

Before you begin:

Review this section rule and if needed, add fields.

  1. In the Dev Studio header search text field, enter TransactionDetailsEntry and select the section rule from the results.
  2. Click Save as.
  3. In the Apply to field, enter the appropriate implementation class for your application.
  4. In the Add to ruleset list, select the ruleset for your application.
  5. Click Create and open
  6. If needed, add fields to the section.
  7. Click Save.
