Dispute timeframes and wait period

Pega Smart Dispute for Issuers application provides users the capability to manage dispute timeframes based on association guidelines. Application automatically evaluates each dispute and if the time period to initiate the dispute with Visa expires, application routes the user to process the dispute by other means like good faith, write -off or making the cardholder as liable. This feature is available for all associations supported in Smart Dispute: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and AMEX.
