Dispute validations

Pega Smart Dispute for Issuers application evaluates each dispute prior to submission to the association to ensure it complies with association requirements. Issuers can also configure or extend these validations per their bank policies. If a dispute does not comply with association requirements, application routes the dispute for further review and users will have options to then continue with the dispute or process the liability by write-off or making the cardholder liable.
