Ethoca Eliminator integration

Updated on February 9, 2022

Issuers can use the Ethoca Eliminator and Case Outcome API services to recognize transactions and prevent dispute claims by accessing merchant order details and account history in real time.

By using the Eliminator service, issuers can request real-time transaction details from participating merchants. For example:

  • Initiated refund details
  • Purchase item details
  • Payment information
  • Purchase history

By using the Case Outcome service, issuers can update Ethoca with information on whether a chargeback was deflected, what was the primary reason for the deflection, and optionally to provide additional information.

For more information about how to save and share transaction details received from the merchant, see Ethoca technical documentation.

For more information about how to configure Pega Smart Dispute for Issuers for integration with Ethoca Eliminator services, see the Pega Smart Dispute for Issuers Implementation Guide that is available on the Pega Smart Dispute for Issuers product page.
