Service interaction logging

The PostInvokeRestConnector activity stores mapped response data and collected audit logs for every successful interaction with Verifi.

The InvokeThirdPartyServiceLogger activity compiles a log list that displays interaction information and status. Interaction details appear in the footer of the ThirdParty tab.
