Simulated data transforms

When you enable MasterCom Claims Manager simulation mode, Pega Smart Dispute for Issuers simulates the responses from the MasterCom REST API through simulated data transforms.

For example, if you want to simulate a Representment scenario from the acquirer after the first chargeback is submitted, configure the Simulate_GetClaim data transform with the respective amount and reason code. The application reads that as a simulated Representment from the acquirer.

The mappings of the simulated responses to the respective requests are maintained in the MasterCom Claims Manager Services data type. The following table lists the simulated data transforms that are available with Pega Smart Dispute for Issuers out of the box:
