Simulation mode
When Verifi Order Insight simulation mode is enabled, Pega Smart Dispute for Issuers simulates the Create Insight service responses by using specialized data transforms.
For example, if you want to simulate a Create Insight response that includes merchant order details, configure the Simulate_InsightOrderInsightInformation data transform. The application interprets that as the simulated response from the merchant.
The following table lists the data transform rules that are used to simulate the service responses for each Order Insight service response message object:
