Use Pega Warranty to define a campaign for a specific product. During the repair order data entry process, if a campaign exists for the product that is being repaired, it is identified, added to the repair order, and addressed during the repair visit.
A Common request program is configured for a particular campaign and with a specific parameter. A campaign starts if the same parameter is provided while creating a repair order or a Pega Warranty claim. For more information on the campaign implementation, see the Pega Warranty Implementation Guide.
