To create an in-field repair order, complete the following steps:
Log in as a dealer. For more information on login credentials, see Operators list and description.
Click New > Repair Order.
Enter the serial number and check-in date in the corresponding fields. In the Location menu, select Repair in Field.
Select the Problem symptom and Problem type. Note that you can report multiple problems.
Schedule an appointment with a technician by selecting a date and time.
To confirm the assignment, click Schedule.
To complete the procedure, click Submit.
