Choose parts for return and ship them to the manufacturer. The return authorization case provides the dealer with shipping instructions, part tags, and shipping labels prepopulated with the shipping address.

1. In navigation pane of Dev Studio, click Case types.

2. Click Return Material RequestMaterialReturn Authorization.

3. Configure as per your need and save the rule into your implementation layer. For additional information about locked and unlocked rulesets, see Copying a rule or data instance.

4. Click Save.
