Configuring work parties

A work party represents a person, business, or organization that is involved in a case. It receives correspondence, such as email, and can be an active or passive participant based on its role. Pega Warranty comes with default work parties, but you might need to configure them for site-specific requirements.

  1. In the navigation panel of Dev Studio, click Case types.
  2. Click the name of the case for which you want to modify the work parties.
  3. On the Settings tab, click Participants.
  4. Click + Add participant.
  5. Make your modifications and click OK.
