Sampling
The
EvaluateResponseExecution data transform evaluates whether to
execute the response or not for a program. The following are the configuration steps.In the navigation panel of Dev Studio, click

Click the filter for Name and search for
EvaluateResponseExecution.Click the rule to open it.
Customize as needed and save the rule into your implementation layer. For additional information about locked and unlocked rulesets, see Copying a rule or data instance.
Click Save.

NumberOfOutstanding.Click the rule to open it.
