Creating an in-field repair order
To create an in-field repair order, complete the following steps:
- Log in as a dealer. For more information on login credentials, see Operators list and description.
- Click New > Repair Order.
- Enter the serial number and check-in date in the corresponding fields. In the Location menu, select Repair in Field.
- Click Submit.
- Select the Problem symptom and Problem type. Note that you can report multiple problems.
- Click Submit.
- Schedule an appointment with a technician by selecting a date and time.
- To confirm the assignment, click Schedule.
- To complete the procedure, click Submit.
