Creating a prior approval case using pre-authorization

To create a prior approval case using pre-authorization:

  1. Log into Pega Warranty as a system administrator using the WarSysAdmin operator ID.
  2. In the header of Dev Studio, click Configure > Common Request Program > Add Program.
  3. From the Program Type, choose Campaign program, Parts return, or Pre authorization.
  4. From Case/Supporting Type list, select Claim Unit or Repair Order.
  5. Click Create.
  6. Configure filters, criteria, and responses based on your business needs, and then click Continue.
  7. Choose if you want to notify subscribers, and then click Continue.
  8. Review the provided information, and then click Finish.
