Sampling a part return request case

For a program, the Evaluate Response Execution data transform determines whether to execute a response or not. It is used in case of Return all parts in claim is selected in the response and the Number to return (cases to process in a program) and Interval to return (cases) are specified. This logic will help in skipping the program execution based on the numbers evaluated.

  1. In the navigation panel of Dev Studio, click Records.
  2. Click Data Model > Data Transform.
  3. Click the filter for Name and search for EvaluateResponseExecution.
  4. Click the rule to open it.
  5. Customize as needed and save the rule into your implementation layer. For additional information about locked and unlocked rulesets, see Copying a rule or data instance.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Click Decision > Declare Expression.
  8. Click the filter for Name and search for NumberOfOutstanding.
  9. Click the rule to open it.
  10. Customize as needed and save the rule into your implementation layer. For additional information about locked and unlocked rulesets, see Copying a rule or data instance.
  11. Click Save.
