Find the product to be repaired, catalog the details of the repair, correct any validation errors or preauthorization requirements, and proceed to warranty claim processing.
- In the navigation page of Dev Studio, click Case types.
- Click Repair Order.
- In the Actionsbox, click Open.
- Customize as needed and save the rule into your implementation layer. For additional information about locked and unlocked rulesets, see Copying a rule or data instance.
- Click Save.
