Configuring claim assessing routing rules

Routing rules enable you to route work objects and configure them based on the business requirement.

You can configure Higher Level Authorization (HLA) requirements, to approve a warranty claim, using the DetermineHLA decision table.

  • To review the DetermineHLA decision table, enter DetermineHLA in the Dev Studio header search text field, click it to open and update.
