Searching for a Common request program

Updated on September 10, 2021

You can search for existing and expired common request programs. A Pega Warranty system administrator can also generate a preconfigured Common request program report.

To search for a particular Common request program, complete the following tasks:

  1. Log in as a Pega Warranty system administrator using the WarSysAdmin operator ID.
  2. In the header of Dev Studio, click Configure > Common Request Program > Search Programs.

Review the provided programs list. Alternatively, you can search by program type or case/supporting type.

The search results consist of the following information:

  • Program type
  • Case/Supporting type, which is a work class of the work page calling a rule for the corresponding program type
  • Effective start date, which is a program activation date
  • Effective end date
  • ID

To see only the available programs list sorted by program ID, program start date, and program end date, click the Available Programs tab.

For more details about each program, click the particular program available on the list. To refresh the list of available programs, click the refresh icon.

To see the program report list configured for the program case, click the Program Reports tab.
