User export definitions

Updated on October 22, 2021

Use the fields in the user export as a look-up reference for associates and their hierarchical parents. All of the fields that this export contains are arranged by associate.

This export is useful as a reference because it contains the entire hierarchy. The user export provides each associate and their parents in the hierarchy as of the day that Pega Workforce Intelligence generated the export. This export contains rows for the associate level, without listing the levels above the associate level as separate rows.

The following list defines each field in the user export:

network_id
The domain account for logging in to a Windows computer with Robot Runtime.

Data type: VARCHAR

level
The position in the user hierarchy. Associate is the only value for this field, which is assigned to the lowest level in the user hierarchy.

Data type: VARCHAR

ancestry_depth
The number of levels from the top of the organization to reach the associate.

Data type: INTEGER

ancestry
A series of level_id values that are delimited by a forward slash (/).

Data type: VARCHAR

expected_productive_percentage
A number between 0 and 1 that represents the percent of time that the associate is expected to be in a productive application. You can consider this number to be the associate's goal.

Data type: DECIMAL

level_0_id
Unique identifier for the associate.

Data type: INTEGER

level_0_name
Unique label for the associate, which is typically the name of the associate.

Data type: VARCHAR

day
Date that corresponds to this snapshot of the hierarchy.

Data type: VARCHAR in the format of YYYYMMDD

level_1_id
Unique identifier of the next level up from the associate level. This identifier is typically the unique ID of an associate's team.

Data type: INTEGER

level_1_name
The label that is assigned to the level_1_id field value, which is typically the associate's team.

Data type: VARCHAR

level_2_id
A unique identifier of the next level up from the team level. This unique identifier is typically the unique ID of the associate's department.

Data type: INTEGER

level_2_name
The label that is assigned to this level's numeric ID, which typically represents the associate's department.

Data type: VARCHAR

level_3_id
A unique identifier for the next level above the department level.

Data type: INTEGER

level_3_name
The label that is assigned to this level's numeric ID, which represents the next level above the department level.

Data type: VARCHAR

Note:
  • When a user hierarchy has more than three levels, the user export includes additional level_id and level_name fields.
  • In an uneven hierarchy, where not all associates are the same number of levels from the root, the levels contain the root value instead of showing no value or displaying NULL.
