PEGA0061 alert: Number of Interaction History rows written above threshold

Updated on October 13, 2021

The PEGA0061 alert is triggered when the number of Interaction History records written for a customer or any other entity that is associated with a decision exceeds the threshold.

Example message text

The number of written interaction history fact records is more than the threshold of <threshold> rows : <actual value> rows : SQL : <list of rows>

The following variables are in the message text:

  • <threshold> is the maximum number of database rows with interaction history items. The default threshold is 5000. The threshold value is set in the alerts/interactionHistoryWriteRowsThreshold Dynamic System Settings.
  • <actual value> is the number of database rows with Interaction History that the system wrote for a given entity.
  • <list of rows> is the list of database rows with interaction history that the system wrote for a given entity.

Next steps

To eliminate this alert, review the strategy that generates an excessive number of Interaction History records for the entity and eliminate any errors in logic from that strategy. Use the Test runs panel in the Strategy tab to view existing clipboard data for every strategy component, and open each component to check its settings.
