INC-130677 · Issue 570040

When rule accepted in column header

Resolved in Pega Version 8.1.9

A grid was not rendering if it contained a 'when' rule on a column header. This was a missed use case and has been resolved.

INC-145902 · Issue 604196

Corrected tab alignment with when expression

Resolved in Pega Version 8.3.5

The tab layout group was not aligned properly in the Case Worker portal when using the Tab Layout Group with Enable stretch for the tabs checked and a when expression on one of the tabs. This was traced to the updateStretchTabWidths API not being triggered in the correct context due to a condition resolving as false. This has been corrected by adding an additional condition to enable the correct resolution and context.

SR-B67688 · Issue 320076

Fixed use of FieldValue for templatization

Resolved in Pega Version 7.3.1

When templatization was turned on, a FieldValue containing property references that was set as a Label control value was not getting evaluated properly. This is due to the evaluated FieldValue is being set for pyLabelValue in the metadata of the label when the FieldValue actually needs to be evaluated at client side in templating. To resolve this, the property reference will be used directly instead of FieldValue.

INC-216162 · Issue 718923

GetNextWork uses correct tabname

Resolved in Pega Version 8.8

Clicking on Get Next was showing the tabname as "Next" instead of the caseid when using the handleMdcTabs function. This has been resolved by setting the correct tabName in case of getNextwork.

SR-A18902 · Issue 237052

Updated tab generation for failed 'when'

Resolved in Pega Version 7.2.1

When visible 'whens' were configured on accordion, the content was not properly displayed below the header if the 'when' condition was false. This was caused by an error in the generation of defaultTab based on visible 'when's, and the GenerateTabbedSectionLayout RUF has been updated.

SR-B68837 · Issue 318361

Bad 'when' fixed for ruleset translation

Resolved in Pega Version 7.3.1

Due to an error in a 'when' condition that caused incorrect overwriting, Spanish rulesets were being displayed for saving correspondence/paragraph rules irrespective of the language translations that had been imported. This has been fixed.

SR-B73664 · Issue 322173

Text area - Disable when fixed

Resolved in Pega Version 7.3.1

A Text Area control was not disabling with When conditions or expressions. The control was disabled correctly if set to "Always". This was due to an incorrect condition in pzpega_ui_template_textarea.js, and has been fixed.

SR-C1026 · Issue 344634

Able to add When condition for DisplayYesNo

Resolved in Pega Version 7.4

An exception was generated when attempting to add 'when' conditions for DisplayYesNo control in Section. The pzActionConditionSource activity was fetching the pyUIElement value from the Primary Page and setting it to UIELement as intended, but when the pyUIElement value is empty, a null-pointer exception occurs. Handling has now been added to avoid this scenario.

INC-143545 · Issue 600711

Support for 'when' action evaluated in runtime

Resolved in Pega Version 8.1.9

A 'when' rule was not evaluating properly on enabling "Optimized code" and "Personalize table" options for table/grid. This has been resolved by adding support for a 'when' action in a templated grid.

SR-B68991 · Issue 336840

Fixed Expand when evaluation for nested RDLs

Resolved in Pega Version 7.4

When using a nested repeating dynamic layouts that included section with collapsible headers, using a property pyExpanded and a custom 'when' rule isExpanded to expand and collapse the layouts and refresh the parent section from deep within the nesting was sporadically producing unexpected results. If the pagination was set on the inner RDL, after refresh the layouts were not always in the same "expanded" state as they were before the refresh. This was traced to a unique ID not being generated for the expand-indicator inside progressive loaded RDL, and has been fixed.
