Pagemashup window resize error fixed

After exposing a case by using Page Mashup(i.e. IAC), launching the IAC gadget in a window and then resizing the window led to the window not being responsive until it was manually refreshed. This was traced to the iframe using a fixed width, and has been resolved by updating the resize function.

Removed undesired lock in Read-only Expand Pane

Expand Pane was locking the work object in a Repeating Grid Layout even when the Display Details Read-Only check box was selected. This lock was acquired when the row was expanded and a thread was created. This was not the desired behavior, and has been resolved with modifications to the ui_modaldialog js function to handle the case of read-only Flowaction.

Using CSS to enable wordwrap in Report Definitions columns ended up distorting the UI in Categorized Reports due to a colspan being incorrectly calculated for the header of a category. This has been fixed.

Refresh condition rendering fixed for pyCaseManager7 Harness

The Refresh Condition for pyPortalContent in pyCaseManager7 harness was not rendering Case Manager properly even when the Refresh Condition for pyPortalHeader and pyPortalNav worked as expected. This was an issue with the Screen Layout iframe height being set to 150px when size to content was unselected, and has been fixed with an added style in pzbase-div-layouts.CSS to consider CT div while setting height to 100%.

A click on a "Telephone" link that generated a prompt for the user to allow access for launching an external application caused the charts used on the screen to disappear. To fix this, the pxFormatTelephone rule has been modified to add an onclick handler.
