PUT and WHEN support added for REST

Validation correctly triggered when skipping flows

Resolved in Pega Version 8.4.5

When using a screen flow which allowed users to navigate the flow freely, validation was not triggered on submission. In addition the server or client side validation was being cleared when the case used optimistic locking. Investigation showed that pzShowConflicts was called for optimistic locking on FinishAssignment, which was clearing off the messages and allowing the flow submission. To correct this, a check has been added to pzShowConflicts to check for defer errors in screenflow while clearing page messages.

Hazelcast will be used to determine node presence

Resolved in Pega Version 8.5.2

When calling logoff from the end user portal, sporadic PresenceStandardLifeCycleListener exceptions were seen during high load periods. This was traced to changes made in the Service Discovery behavior: when there is an issue with the node and heartbeats are missed, the node goes to Safe Mode. This caused the topology to change and trigger clearing off presence sessions, but the node still received service requests and this issue was seen. To resolve this, an updated has been made so the system will rely on the Hazelcast listener instead of service discovery to determine whether a node has left.

Updated Outlook functions used by SendEmailMessage

Resolved in Pega Version 7.2

The SendEmailMessage function is used in conjunction with email clients to send a meeting invite from the PRPC application and have the accepted invitation and subsequent reminders appear on the recipient's calendar. This relies on key value pairs to define different functionalities at the client's end when the file is received. Integration with Outlook is a legacy feature of this function, but does receive some maintenance to maintain viability. To that end, the system has been updated to resolve issues with the calendar interface to Outlook concerning the trigger of meeting invite reminders at the client's end and to better handle the time zone conversion of that meeting. In addition, updates have been added to show the name of the meeting organizer instead of the email id, and the text used by the MeetingData.pyDescription function to set the meeting invite description will also be seen in the mail body.

Customizable when added for PegaPULSE delete button

Resolved in Pega Version 7.2.2

In order to support more customization, an enhancement has been added to hide the delete link on PegaPULSE entries based on conditional circumstances (i.e. entry is older than x hours). The overridable when rule 'pyCanDeletePost' has been provided and is referenced in the pzISCurrentUser when rule with AND condition to the existing condition.
