SR-B13418 · Issue 283237

Attachments removed when work object withdrawn

Resolved in Pega Version 7.3

After adding an attachment and then withdrawing the case, the unneeded attachments were still being stored in the attachments section until a refresh was performed. This was traced to code in the UpdateAndDeleteAssignments activity that appended the target page rather than replacing. This has been modified to ensure attachments are eliminated when the status of a work object is moved to 'Withdraw'.

Optional Process Child Case correctly sets ObjectClass

Resolved in Pega Version 7.3

When creating a Child Case from an Optional Process on the Case Type Rule, the ObjectClass of WorkPage did not update to the object class of the child case. The proper class was set when generated using an Automatic Process on the ObjClass. This has been corrected by using a performAssignmentCheck before acquiring work object.

Added handling for bulleted text insert triggering audit

Resolved in Pega Version 8.3.1

When a bulleted text (copied from an email or rich text ) was used in the text area property, the audit considered it as a change even when there was no change. This was tracked to the field value 'pyHistoryMemo • ChangeTrack_Add' in @baseclass which is being used to get the localized value for audit memo: the field value accepts only 2 parameters, but the inserted text area input contained the '\t' that is used for parameter translation. To resolve this, the system will call the addMemoForSecurityChangeTracking utility method to replace all \t's present in both the Current Value and Previous value with 'empty' such that no '\t' characters are available in either of the string parameters.

SR-B31876 · Issue 290136

Correspondence logic corrected for party ID

Resolved in Pega Version 7.3

When using the Send Email smart shape to send correspondence to work party, party Roles containing the string "Owner" (such as "AAOwner") caused the correspondence to be sent to the email address of the "Owner" party instead of the "AAOwner" party. This was caused by a logic error in the party list iteration that used 'contains' instead of 'equals', and has been fixed.

SR-B33387 · Issue 298483

Incorporated synchronized timestamp function for addWarning

Resolved in Pega Version 7.3

When the pxWarningCreatedDateTime was the same for two warnings with the same pxWarningName, one of the warnings was not getting justified. To fix this, the addWarning function will use the synchronized timestamp function getCurrentDateTimeUnique() to generate the created time.

SR-B11192 · Issue 282623

Focus fixed for pxOperatorImage control

Resolved in Pega Version 7.3

When using pxOperatorImage control, the 'Tab' and 'Enter' keys were not usable to reach the Operator menu. This has been fixed by adding a tabindex attribute on the html tag of pxOperatorImage control to ensure proper focus.

SR-B31667 · Issue 291704

Consistent Work IDs between case types created in different implementations

Resolved in Pega Version 7.3

Creating an Implementation layer on the Warranty application using the New Application wizard of Pega 7.22 GA was resulting in a different Work ID prefix of some case types like Claim Unit or Appeal than when the same case types were created in the built on application. This was traced to different activities being used to populate the data page, and has been updated to ensure uniform work ID generation.

SR-B8696 · Issue 279855

Support added for FCM GetNextWork

Resolved in Pega Version 7.3

When using Federated case management (FCM) to get next work, the work object pulled was not assigned to the operator. This was due to the implementation of FCMR not supporting the moving of workbasket assignments to worklist through get next work. To support this use, the following functions now accept extra parameters as last param: FCMRGetNextWork FCMRGetNextWorkItem FCMRProbeNextWorkItem This will enable distinguishing between normal GNW and federated GNW, and it is possible to override any py rule call MoveToWorklist.
