INC-199192 · Issue 689037

Check added to ensure StepPage generation for Top keyword

Resolved in Pega Version 8.7.2

A ClassCastException was thrown when top page is used, indicating "com.pega.pegarules.data.internal.clipboard.ClipboardPropertyImpl cannot be cast to com.pega.pegarules.pub.clipboard.ClipboardPage". This has been resolved by adding a check which will generate a myStepPage for Keyword "Top" as necessary.

INC-139023 · Issue 591163

Tab will exit portal side menu

Resolved in Pega Version 8.5.2

It is expected that the Tab key will take users out of the portal menu and to the next focusable element, but on the side navigation menu both tab and arrow keys moved to the next menu item. This caused users to have to navigate the entire menu. The correct behavior was seen for the Navigation rule when called from an Action (for example on the button). This was traced to the system using tabindex as "0" for every element in the menu, and the tabs code has been updated to exit out of the menu bar when pressed.

INC-164171 · Issue 644707

Support added for connect-SOAP run in parallel mode

Resolved in Pega Version 8.7

When connect-SOAP was configured to use the “run in parallel” mode, application settings derived through a datapage had incorrect values. While running the connect-SOAP through an activity, all the values were derived incorrectly. This has been resolved by adding a synchronization enhancement to support parallel run connect.SOAP.

INC-162426 · Issue 638771

Regex handling updated for Rich Text Editor spellcheck

Resolved in Pega Version 8.7

When using the Rich Text Editor and performing a spell check, the spell checker was adding additional CSS to the property. This was traced to the presence of a unicode newline character causing the existing regex to fail to strip the style tags. To resolve this, regex handling for the unicode newline character in the style tag has been added.

INC-181091 · Issue 662778

Strategy rules open from proposition filter after update

Resolved in Pega Version 8.7

After update, strategy rules could not be opened from the proposition filter. This was caused by the pxInsName property being populated only when a strategy rule gets selected/configured from the CB gadget. For upgrade scenarios where the condition is already configured with a strategy rule, the pxInsName property will be missing. To handle this upgrade use case, the "Rule-open-by-keys" action will be used instead of "Rule-open-by-name", as rule keys are always present while pxInsName gets populated for only new configurations.

SR-C84788 · Issue 422938

Handling added to maintain custom modal template name after errors

Resolved in Pega Version 8.1.4

When using a grid where each grid row had an Edit button which launched a modal dialog with a custom modal template, the post action activity of the flow action introduced error messages on a top level page (not on primary or pyWorkPage). Clicking the submit button again caused the modal dialog size to shrink and not work after that. This was traced to the second submit using the system's pyGridModalTemplate instead of the custom modal template due to the modal submit button being replaced with new markup. To resolve this, the modal launch will now use the "pega.u.d.submitModalDlgParam.modalSection" variable which will have the modal template name. In addition, a check has been added to ensure this is not passed as null.

INC-137510 · Issue 591293

CKEditor Source edit with formatting resumes process automatically

Resolved in Pega Version 8.5.2

Buttons on the harness were freezing after applying format using CKEditor when source mode was turned on in rich-text editor. Investigation showed that on clicking the source button, after applying styles, the events were being paused and were not resumed automatically. This has been resolved by adding changes to resume the event queue.

Mask hidden as expected in small window/tablet view with Dragon

Resolved in Pega Version 8.5.2

When using Dragon in a small window/tablet view, the mask was not getting removed as expected. Performing a mouse click on the tab was successful for hiding it. To resolve this, Data-portal!pzProfileMenu has been modified to run the script removeScreenLayoutMask after clicking Profile, Preferences, Operator, Access Group, and My Favorites > Edit .

INC-144597 · Issue 598305

Updated handling for MT query of pr_data_admin table

Resolved in Pega Version 8.5.2

When using a multi-tenant environment with Oracle, as the number of users in the environment increased, the number of queries of the pr_data_admin table "WHERE pyEnableAuthService" increased exponentially and causes system slowness. This was traced to missed handling for the @ character in the authentication service cache while requesting, and has been resolved by updating authservicecache.java.

INC-188389 · Issue 674671

ComponentName fallback added for toggling page context

Resolved in Pega Version 8.7

Whenever the External Strategy configuration was changed from "Another Page" to "Current Page", pyComponentName property was not being created. This was a missed use case for toggling page context for external substrategies in the user interface of the strategy designer, and has been resolved by setting pyComponentName to its default if reset when switching context.
