Silverlight MSI file rebuilt without registry keys for bulk installation use

Resolved in Pega Version 7.3.1

MS Word Compatibility for 2016 Office 365 was generating messages like "Error in updating the Registry Key of (AllowLaunchOfElevatedTrustApps): Object reference not set to an instance of an object." This was due to a newly-added registry keys inclusion feature on Silverlight prerequisites that not supported for installing multiple systems. To address this, the Silverlight prerequisites MSI file has been re-built without the inclusion of registry keys

Pega fetch assignments API updated to call py functions for Robot Manager use

Resolved in Pega Version 7.3.1

The Pega API assignment activity pzGetAssignmentDetailsInternal in ruleset Pega-API:07-10-31 makes a call on line 16 to pzNotifyRobotWorkBasketContainer. This is a platform defect that should have been replaced with pyNotifyRobotWorkBasketContainer. pyNotifyRobotWorkBasketContainer is an extension point activity that is blank in the core platform, but overridden when the Robot Manager app layer is added to the stack. The correct py calls are now present.

Activities updated to use class name to access out-of-the-box templates

Resolved in Pega Version 7.3.1

The out-of-the-box templates were not visible in the implementation layer due to the shipped templates having been created in a horizontal layer tied to a horizontal class. To correct this, the pzGetAllMappedFieldsFromTemplate and pzSetInitialSourceInfo activities have been updated to allow for loading mapping data by getting a selected template class name before calling the load template data page.

Resolved in Pega Version 7.4

In IDP initiated SSO, an SQL error was generated when using DB2 and the relaystate contained more than 128 characters. This was caused by DB2 validating the column length of the 'where' clause column, and those column bytes exceeding the declared length of 128. This has been fixed.

Large Data Page works on repeating layout

Resolved in Pega Version 7.3.1

Using LDPs for Dynamic selects worked as expected in a mobile app, but not when used for a repeating layout in a mobile app or offline. This was traced to an issue when DP with node scope was used; regex to get the actual DP name from hashed version was not working. This has been fixed.

Added new function to bypass URLScan MaxURLLength

Resolved in Pega Version 7.3.1

When Pega is fronted by Microsoft IIS WebServer with either a proxy or Web Application Server plugin, the IIS advanced security options, URLScan, are used to limit the size of URLs. When the URLScan MaxURLLength is set below about 600 characters a major static content request for core PRPC UI JavaScript files is blocked. This is a known issue when using IIS Web Server, but to enable expanded use, a 'when' function named pyIsForcedSplitJS has been added that allows overwrite as required by dividing pzHarnessStaticScripts into 4 chunks to decrease length. The format is

Resolved in Pega Version 7.4

When using a print harness, long pages (width wise) were cut off when using Microsoft Internet Explorer. This was caused by Print preview getting scrolled, and has been resolved by adding a check in doc_lifecycle to return from the handling.
