Resolved in Pega Version 8.6.4

After updating the Field Service Mobile App from Pega 8.3 to Pega 8.6, the wait icon continued to be visible even after the refresh was completed. This has been resolved.

Local time used for report filters

Resolved in Pega Version 8.6

The date format in the filter condition of the report was being displayed in GMT format rather than the Local time Format. This has been corrected.

Logoff set to use root context

Resolved in Pega Version 8.6

The thread name was changing from Standard to DSCPA_DemoStudio on click of log-off, resulting in unexpected behavior if the user logged in again. To resolve this, an update has been made to trigger logoff in root context.

SR-D39302 · Issue 507981

Report name in tab uses localization

Resolved in Pega Version 8.2.4

After creating a field value with field name as pyCaption to localize the report definition name, the title in the report definition tab was not translated. This was traced to Step 1 of the activity displayReport using an old localization function, and has been resolved by changing the localization of document title to use pyCaption.

HandleResponses updated for use with optimized campaign

Resolved in Pega Version 8.7

After updating from Pega 8.4, responses were not processed in the pxHandleResponses Data flow if the "pyCampaignOptimization" flag was set to true. This was traced to a missed use case for an optimized campaign, and has been resolved by modifying the condition in HandleResponses.

SR-D26785 · Issue 495892

Corrected error when persisting temporary work object

Resolved in Pega Version 8.2.4

When persisting a temporary work object using the Persist case shape, the internal assignment handle was not updated to include the work object's ID. Subsequent attempts to access the internal assignment (such as the "Edit" button on the Review Harness) resulted in errors. Investigation showed that when a temporary case was persisted, pyInternalAssignmentHandle was not getting recalculated after pzInsKey was updated. To resolve this, the configuration on the edit button has been modified to use .pxFlow(pzInternalCaseFlow).pxAssignmentKey which is what pyInternalAssignmentHandle declare expression was also returning.

Helper Text displays for radio buttons with 'when' condition

Resolved in Pega Version 8.6.4

The helper text overlay was not displaying on radio button fields that were conditionally visible using a 'When' rule, though it displayed as expected if a visible expression had "Run visibility condition on client" checked. This has been resolved by adding support for a helper text overlay on radio button with visibility condition (when rule).

Check added for portal when performing local actions

Resolved in Pega Version 8.6

When using an Interaction case with a service case, performing any local action on this service case and then creating a new service case resulted in the I-related properties like CAParentID and CurrentInteractionID taking the pyID of the previous Service case where the local action was performed. This was caused by the parentKey value not being updated correctly in redux state whenever a local action was opened in a service case in a particular portal, and has been resolved by modifying the pzpega_ui_redux_reducers file to update 'parentKey' only in case of a DC SPA portal.

INC-180184 · Issue 665091

Assistance and diagnostics added for issue with opening imported 'when'

Resolved in Pega Version 8.7

After upgrade, attempting to open rules that were developed on lower environments and then imported resulted in unknown errors. A workaround has been added to skip and log any corrupted property that might be interfering with the rule opening: enable Skip-Corrupt-Property to put this in place. To improve diagnostics, the new logger NBA-WME-DEBUG has been added. If the error continues after using Skip-Corrupt-Property, Skip-Corrupt-Property should be disabled and NBA-WME-DEBUG should be enabled and kept active until the issue occurs again.

SR-121183 · Issue 180073

Clarified complex visible 'when' usage with Expression Builder

Resolved in Pega Version 7.1.8

Execution was failing while using a complex visible 'when' expression with more than one Boolean operator. This is not incorrect behavior; Expression Builder only honors one Boolean operator, but the expression will work if typed directly and "Run on Client" is checked. This caused confusion due to the system not flagging the expression as unsupported in Expression Builder, and this has been fixed. In addition, the code has been updated to properly handle multiple logical operators so that runtime behavior is correct and no error is reported at save time. However, please note the following important information: For auto-generated sections, complex 'when' expressions will be allowed and honored when typed directly , but Expression Builders will still allow only one operator. Also, for non-auto generated sections and JSP directives, the old limitation of 1 operator will still apply.
