Login button hidden after click

Resolved in Pega Version 8.3.5

When the login button was clicked fast several times, intermittently the login would fail with the blue screen and "Security violation attempting to access requestor" error in the logs. To resolve this, on click of the login button will be hidden to prevent firing multiple login requests.

Acdatasource_driver call updated

Resolved in Pega Version 8.3.5

When Acdatasource_driver was invoked directly, an exception was generating indicating "This activity may not be called directly from input". This was related to recent refactoring work done, and has been resolved by modifying the code to call the acdatasource_driver activity through pzRunActionWrapper.

SR-D89242 · Issue 555590

Corrected layout refresh for grid state page

Resolved in Pega Version 8.4.2

When the condition builder had an empty row, on submit an error was displayed as expected. However, attempting to delete the empty row resulted in an exception. Investigation showed that the layout refresh was causing the grid state page to get deleted upon submission of the modal. This has been resolved.

SR-123960 · Issue 184251

Error message updated for report 'save as'

Resolved in Pega Version 7.1.8

The error message created when doing a 'Save As' report to a private category has been updated for clarity. Previously, the error generated was "The name you entered is not valid". This has been changed to "The name should start with letter followed by letter or digit or underscore".

SR-124290 · Issue 185890

Added check for error in LDAP logins

Resolved in Pega Version 7.1.8

When a user logged in as external authenticated user over LDAP, a null pointer exception was seen. This exception was generated by the ApplicationSetup activity because the system was missing a page due to the user not being fully identified at that point. To fix this, a null check has been inserted for this condition.

SR-131238 · Issue 199372

Corrected dual configuration OpenURL in New Window function

Resolved in Pega Version 7.1.8

If a button configured to open a URL in a new window specified both a data transform and an activity in the configuration, it did not work. If only the activity was specified, the behavior was as expected. This was a problem where escape characters were missing when building markup for data transform parameters, and has been fixed.

SR-129239 · Issue 200337

Added handling for Flow not at Task error

Resolved in Pega Version 7.1.8

Flow not at task and flow removed errors were appearing sporadically. This happened when the trigger fired off the commit inside the post-processing called CorrUpdateNoWO and returned a stale copy of the Workobject, and was complicated by an assumption that was trying to iterate over "pzInternalCaseFlow". This has been addressed in the CORRUPDATENOWO activity.

SR-121980 · Issue 181118

Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 support added for auto-complete with multiple line properties in Report Definition

Resolved in Pega Version 7.1.8

If a property in a column of ReportDefinition that contains a carriage return (in order to input and display the value on two lines in the results) was then used as a source to Autocomplete control, then autocomplete control was not displaying the results. This was caused by a broken display with the Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 browser in compatibility mode, and code has been added to escape the new line character before converting the string to a JSON object so it will display as expected.

SR-125894 · Issue 188734

Home button fixed for Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 user portals

Resolved in Pega Version 7.1.8

The Pega "home" button was not working in user portals with the Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 browser. This was a special use case in Microsoft Internet Explorer 8, where the inner tag had style set with display:none through CSS, hence was click firing on the tag instead of element. This has been fixed by adjusting the 'processBehavior' function in the file 'pzpega_ui_events.js'.
