Service Email handling updated for MSGraph "From" address

Resolved in Pega Version 8.5.6

While creating cases via email listener, the "From" address was not shown when using MSGraph. This was an issue with extracting the display name when MSGraph is used, and has been resolved by adding double quotes to display the name unconditionally.

Scrolling corrected for Safari on mobile devices

Resolved in Pega Version 7.1.8

When using the global search on a tablet or mobile device, the results are displayed in a modal pop up in the browser. However, scrolling was not working when using Safari on a mobile device. To correct this, the Search Panel CSS and js were modified to enable scroll support on mobile devices.

INC-182082 · Issue 694613

API added to handle digital signing from proxy layer

Resolved in Pega Version 8.5.6

When an email account was configured with a valid email account and keystore for message signing, it was possible to send emails with valid digital signatures. When the same email was used in case type email instantiation, no digital signatures were included in it. This was due to keyStoreInstance properties being read from the email account top level page when they need to be retrieved from pyEmbedSenderProtocol page when using SMTP. This has been resolved by adding an API to handle the signing logic from the JavaEmailClientProxy class.

Pinning document to space correctly generates thumbnail

Resolved in Pega Version 8.5.6

When pinning a document to a space using the standard document repository tile, the resulting pin did not have an image corresponding to it. The process worked properly when pinning a document directly from the space itself. This was a missed use case and has been resolved by adding an update to set the pyImage of the document while pinning the space.

INC-177019 · Issue 662708

Corrected styling for layout group section navigation

Resolved in Pega Version 8.5.6

When a layout group was added to a section after updating, the group was shifted when the left arrow key was pressed. This was traced to the use of arrow keys for navigation calling the focus() method and causing the scrolling. Although it is recommended to use a Tab Group control in this configuration, the shift issue has been resolved by updating the styling in the layout group.

SR-129159 · Issue 196998

Replaced missing OperatorID page for LDAP tab thread

Resolved in Pega Version 7.1.8

The OperatorID page in the clipboard was not visible in the tab thread when logged in through LDAP though it was visible in other threads or when not using LDAP. This was an error, and has been corrected.

SR-124952 · Issue 189563

Resolved HTMLtoPDF font load error

Resolved in Pega Version 7.1.8

When using a Fonts directory during HTMLToPDF conversion, the StaticContent folder resolved to an incorrect properties file and generated an error that appeared to indicate the fonts had not correctly loaded even when they had indeed loaded. The error was traced to the function used to open the Static Content folder with the direct file handle, and this has been updated to resolve correctly.
