Elapsed time in Work History Table includes sub-flow
Resolved in Pega Version 8.5.3
Elapsed times were not captured when an assignment was in a wait shape followed by a utility which set a ticket and moved the assignment to a sub-flow. Investigation showed that when flow execution is in a sub-flow and a ticket is raised, the assignment in sub-flow was removed but audit history was not captured. To handle this scenario, the functions pzCleanSplitForTicket and pzRemoveFlowForTicket have been added, and FlowMethodBody FUA has been modified to include pzCleanSplitForTicket instead of CleanSplit

Logic optimization disabled in offers
Resolved in Pega Version 8.5.2
Offers that should not be eligible to customers were passing through even though the offer was narrowed down to using “OR” conditions in the Engagement policies. This was traced to the logic optimization ignoring precedence, and has been resolved by disabling the optimization.

LegacyToReduxConverter modified to resolve readonly error for hybrid data pages
Resolved in Pega Version 8.1.2
When a clipboard page or page list was added to data page backed by RD, the data page was becoming read only and not allowing pyRowsSelected to be modified. The issue was in redux design. If a datapage source was configured as a report definition, the resultant page was a flat data provider in redux design. Therefore the pyRowSelected setting was allowed even if the data page was readonly. But when in post load activity a normal page or page list was added to the data page, the structure of the data page did not remain as a flat data provider, it became a hybrid structure and the entire property became readonly and thereafter did not allow setting pyRowSelected to the data page. To resolve this, the class LegacyToReduxConverter has been modified to handle the case when a page or page list is added to flat data providers.

Case narrative ordering enhanced
Resolved in Pega Version 7.1.7
The Case Narrative ordering appeared incorrectly when the events are very close together (multiple events within the same second), though the History items displayed in the correct and expected order. When more than one event occurred within the same second, the DATE datatype did not provide a lower level of distinction to allow more granular sorting or ordering. To resolve this, the time value for sorting is now extracted from InsKey.

Deployment Manager rollback works for directed inheritance
Resolved in Pega Version 8.5.2
Rollback was not working correctly in Deployment Manager for history classes using directed inheritance. This was traced to a redundant check in AbstractHistoryPageKeeper that enforced the history pages pattern inherited from one of the base history classes, and this has now been removed.

Resolved in Pega Version 7.1.7
While using IAC to render a PRPC harness via a gadget, the embedded list view was not being displayed and autocomplete was not functioning. This was traced to a rule defect that failed to carry over the "Web Enabled" checkbox for the content tab shortcut listview.

Added tenantID checking for multi-tenant import of access groups
Resolved in Pega Version 7.1.7
When attempting to overwrite an existing access group by importing the Client Access groups in the tenant layer, an error was generated and the access groups were not overwritten. This occurred when the SQLs were not Tenant-qualifying for operator records but were being imported into a tenant; as a result, operator record updates were marked as inserts. To correct this, the behavior has been updated to query for current tenantId and always tenant-qualify the query if it's an overridable instance and not in a shared context.
