SR-C41566 · Issue 382974

Date Picker On Change properly triggered in Standard mode

Resolved in Pega Version 8.1

A date selected from the date/calendar picker was not being reflected on the clipboard if there was an action - Post value (on change event) configured. When Legacy Mode was used, the clipboard was updated immediately, but when the standard mode was used the clipboard was not updated. This was traced to a non-auto-generated "Date" control not executing change events, and the function calls have been updated to correct this.

Logic update made to PrepareColors to resolve calculation ambiguity

Resolved in Pega Version 8.4

When a Report Definition was summarized, the executed report showed a graph for multiple categories but generated the error "No data to display" if given a single category. This was traced to an ambiguity in the Java syntax of the Rule-Utility-Function pzPrepareColors that led to a NegativeArraySizeException on a customer's environment. To resolve this, parentheses have been placed around a ternary operator to ensure the correct order of operations.

Resolved Screenflow overflow

Resolved in Pega Version 8.6

Screenflow bread crumbs were overflowing out of the action area when more than 10 assignments were configured. An error in the console indicated the navigation.navigate function was not defined. This behavior was observed in general when a screenflow was called from another screenflow and 'enable navigation links' was set on all assignments in the screenflows, and the issue has been resolved by updating the implementation.

Arch Chart Min/Max display correctly

Resolved in Pega Version 8.4.2

The minimum and maximum on the 270 degree arch chart were not working as expected. The minimum value for the LABEL changed, but the actual range of the chart did not. For example, if the chart label for the minimum values showed as 50, the actual range for the chart was still 0-150, and the first segment of the chart did not display the correct color. This has been corrected by updating the functions for handling chart limits.

Logic update made to PrepareColors to resolve calculation ambiguity

Resolved in Pega Version 8.3.1

When a Report Definition was summarized, the executed report showed a graph for multiple categories but generated the error "No data to display" if given a single category. This was traced to an ambiguity in the Java syntax of the Rule-Utility-Function pzPrepareColors that led to a NegativeArraySizeException on a customer's environment. To resolve this, parentheses have been placed around a ternary operator to ensure the correct order of operations.

Uploading Pulse attachments made more robust

Resolved in Pega Version 8.2.7

Upon uploading a file in the Pulse section for a case created in the Case Worker portal, the error message "File <filename> doesn't exist or is empty" appeared. This was traced to using a third-party repository when the network was slow, and has been resolved by instituting the use of callbacks/timeintervals to execute a particular function call only after getting proper results.

Logic update made to PrepareColors to resolve calculation ambiguity

Resolved in Pega Version 8.1.7

When a Report Definition was summarized, the executed report showed a graph for multiple categories but generated the error "No data to display" if given a single category. This was traced to an ambiguity in the Java syntax of the Rule-Utility-Function pzPrepareColors that led to a NegativeArraySizeException on a customer's environment. Hazelcast packages expanded for Java9+ with kubernetes

Resolved in Pega Version 8.6.2

Hazelcast warnings were seen in cluster logs when Hazelcast was run in embedded mode or c/s mode on a java modular environment i.e. java 9+ which noted that performance and functional impact issues may result if certain internal modules of java are not given reflection access. This update provides the necessary access to some additional java internal modules/packages per the Hazelcast recommendation.

Ruleset Restoration Utility repaired

Resolved in Pega Version 8.4.6

Attempting to use the standard Ruleset Restoration utility after update was resulting in a "Status:fail Operator:Unauthenticated or not available Node:No ID available" error message. This was a missed use case for the refactoring done around importing rules, and was caused by the utility calling the deprecated Importable.isValidImport() method. This has been resolved by updating the import activity to restore its functionality.

Drilldown report opening made consistent

Resolved in Pega Version 8.7

After launching the user portal for a hybrid app on the system and going to Reports --> Case Volume report, drilling down in the report and clicking on an entry opened it in a new tab, but going to Actions --> Refresh and performing the same action opened it in the same tab. This has been resolved by refreshing the entire pzReportDisplay section to retrigger the JS found in pzRDWinTitle which replaces the drilldown functions.
