Handling added for context switching with Ajax container in Timeline

Resolved in Pega Version 8.4

When using Interaction Portal -> Overview -> Timeline and opening a case that uses an AjaxContainer, clicking on an icon in the Timeline without having first clicked anywhere in the document was generating an exception. If there was a click in the document body first, clicking on the icon worked as expected. This has been resolved by adding a parameter to registerContextSwitching method to handle customeDOMEvents along with a condition to check if pega.u.d.isAjaxContinerExists is a function, which will register the Context if 'true'.

Check added to postOpenAssignment to support Ajax Container use

Resolved in Pega Version 8.4

After configuring an 'OpenAssignment' action on a begin button and giving the target as 'Dynamic Container', it worked as expected to open the assignment in a new tab on the Platform, but did not work from the Customer Service interaction portal. This was traced to the Customer Service portal using MicroDC to display the cases in the work area, which was not within the scope of the Ajax Container. Additional checks have now been added to the postOpenAssignment function to support this use.

Mentioned user in Pulse appears correctly

Resolved in Pega Version 8.6

When loading user names while using the "@" functionality in a Pulse post, adding or tagging the operator/user in Pulse by entering each letter brought up the list, but when using copy/paste it was not possible to select the desired value from the user.Suggestions list of operators/users. If by chance the user name was selected from the suggested list, the operator ID was added instead of the full name. This has been resolved.

Logging for MultiNodeSynchronize lock attempts changed from error to warn

Resolved in Pega Version 8.6

The File Listener was logging numerous errors stating "Unable to establish MultiNodeSynchronize lock while trying to determine if listener is enabled for this node". Handling has been previously established for error cases when the Listener is unable to establish a MultiNodeSynchronize lock, but this condition continued to be logged as an error even though it was not related to any failures in functionality. To resolve the logging issue, the logger level has been changed from ERROR to WARN.

ClipboardContext updated to handle nested page lists

Resolved in Pega Version 8.5.4

The Append and Map to method was looping over the top-level pages instead of specific page in the JSON transform. This resulted in a null when trying to get the children of the page list property because the updateClipboardContext() for updating the mapping used only the immediate parent. To resolve this, the updateClipboardContext() function has been modified to include the context for the root element so finding the children of the page list property works as expected in a nested page structure.
