Parent harness context passed for reference properties in Ajax containers
Resolved in Pega Version 8.3.2
Attempting to save values failed for any property which was mapped to a parent property that was also a reference property. This was traced to an issue with the harness-level templating status: for the lazy loaded sections of a harness, the harness's template status was being passed instead of the parent harness template status when using an Ajax container. To resolve this, logic has been added to pzpega_ui_doc_serverProxy js for the invokeHandler function to add parameters based on the parent harness context to the safeURL object before invoking the post request.

Updated retry logic for S3 AddAttachmentFromEmail
Resolved in Pega Version 8.3.3
When using the AddAttachmentFromEmail activity with S3 repositories, performing an obj-save on the data-workattach-file page executes a deferred save while also saving the file into the repository. if the data was inserted into S3 successfully but encountered an issue when saving the related data-work-attach-file page, the system was trying to call the save operation again. This tried to insert the duplicate attachment again to S3, causing an error on that side of the process. To resolve this, the duplicate Obj-Save functionality in AddAttachmentFromMail Activity has been removed.

Repaired History class report column sorting
Resolved in Pega Version 8.3.3
Attempting to sort any of the columns in a report using the History class did not render the results and the error "Cannot render the section" appeared. Tracer showed a Fail status for some out-of-the-box activities with the message "java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException". Investigation showed the logic in pzMergeAutoGenForProp activity was failing because the pyIsFunction property was not set on the UIField pages for function columns. To resolve this, the logic for pzMergeAutoGenForProp has been modified to get pyIsFunction from the field name.

Refresh works for nested lists
Resolved in Pega Version 8.7
After creating Pagelist A with another Pagelist within (B), a section was created with a repeating dynamic layout to display Pagelist A and a button was added with action set to refresh this section. In the embedded section of the repeating dynamic layout, a nested repeating dynamic layout was created for Pagelist B and a button was set to refresh this section. When using this configuration, the refresh was returning the actionID for Pagelist A regardless of which button was used. To resolve this, an update has been made which will iterate over the stack and append the individual indexes to the encoded value in the pzAPICreateJsonForField function.

Upload with "Select File" works in IE
Resolved in Pega Version 8.5.1
When using IE, uploading a document was failing on the first try when using the "Select File" button. The second attempt worked as expected. This was an intended consequence of work done to enable attaching the same file after deleting it, and was related to Microsoft Internet Explorer calling an "onChange" which caused the "pzAttachFileDDFileList" section which is used to display the attachments uploaded to not be properly refreshed. This has been resolved by updating the pzMultiFilePath control handling of the success and failure of the upload function call.

Refresh-Other section correctly shifts focus on tab out
Resolved in Pega Version 8.5
After upgrade, a difference was seen in the behavior of the Refresh-Other section action functions. Previously, focus was shifted to the next field when tabbing out, which is the desired behavior. Investigation showed that this was a result of modifications made to resolve other focus issues, and the previous behavior has been returned by updating the conditions used to call the "focusNextElement" method to include a check whether the reloadElement is stale, and to get the focusElement from DOM based on name (pega.util.Dom.getElementsByName(focusElemName)) if needed.
