Inbound mail processing for work creation refactored for subject line checking

Some issues were found with the handling of inbound emails for work object creation. The activity CreateAndManageWorkFromEmail was incorrectly checking for an email subject line pre-condition and creating a new work object if the condition was not met. The CreateAndManageWorkFromEmail function has been refactored to correct this.

After upgrade, a button on the harness used to call a script to launch the handleUpdate function and make the Action section read only was not working as expected. This has been resolved by removing code that always reset the disabled state of the action area dropdown in the action-iframe setup.

The Application Page on the clipboard was being removed when the Manager Portal was launched, causing any function references to the application page to not be properly executed. This was traced to an activity that was calling an outdated bulk processing harness, and that activity has been updated to use the proper current version.

Depending on the browser, the drop down function to view the list of tabs was performing inconsistently if '&' was present in a tab title. This was an issue with the character not being encoded, and the dynamic container handling has been updated to correctly display the tab with '&' and all tabs behind it.

After upgrade, the PegaMarketing custom data flow shape was failing while calling Rule-Utility-Function libraries. This was caused by an error in the compilation process, and the data flow generation code has been modified to use a different class loader that takes libraries into account.

After upgrade, the "pyTopCasePage" page reference was missing in the Clipboard after a new case was created using the "pxCreateTopCase" activity in utility shape in a flow. This was traced to a step in the function that removed the pyTopCase page reference unnecessarily, and the pxCreateTopCase activity has been modified to preserve this.

If the Rich Text Editor was opened and maximized in a modal window tab using a dynamic container, navigating away and returning to the tab resulted in the RTE tab being blank. This was an issue with the resize function relating to Quirks mode, and a check has been added to resolve the problem.

Triggering stream assembly was resulting in an "unauthorized" or "rule not found" exception relating to the rule existence validation code executed in the pzValidationSections RUF. This has been resolved with the addition of logic to the Stream Assembly function that runs a validation check for database authorization before opening the activity.
