Corrected copying pages containing autopopulated properties

When the clipboard viewer copied a page from a given thread to its own thread to show it in the clipboard, an exception was generated if the page being copied contained an autopopulate property. To remedy this, autopopulate and reference property functionality have been changed to allow copying when declarative processing is disabled in a thread.

Added RunShortCut security for reporting

Unauthorized users were able to run out-of-the-box reports through pxRunShortcut by updating the address URL and executing the final "pxRunShortcut" activity. pxRunShortcut now includes the function "pyCheckSecurity" for customers to write their own privilege conditions, and Page-Set-Messages will display a message created in the pyRuleSecurityErrorMsg HTML.

Corrected mobile app login load stream error

In some circumstances, a "Failed to load stream" error was appearing when attempting to log in on the Mobile App. To fix this, the login process has been made more robust with the addition of the isSyncProcessingInProgress function to check sync progress, and a check has been added for the panel harness being set in the HCLoadManager js.

After relogging in as administrator, opening a work item such as a operator ID that contained special characters was displaying the special '&' etc. characters in the tab and tooltip. This was traced to HTML special character references in the workarea tab headers, and the handleGadgetLoad function has been updated to correctly decode the text from the URL format.

In pzpega_desktop_datarepeater JS and pzpega_ui_template_datarepeater JS, the code for add and delete functions was overriding the global dirty flag, creating unexpected results. The system has been updated to honor the global dirty flag if it is already set and set it only when it has not been set by the user.
