Entity mapping order updated for email bot

Issues were seen with the entity mapping functionality in Email bot, especially when mapping email headers like subject, from (email) etc. to case properties. This was an issue with the order in which the entities were mapped ,and has been resolved with an update that will map entities which are configured in the channel first and then mapping the rest.

Corrections and enhancements made to Outlook meeting requests

Using the function 'SendEmailMessage' to send an Outlook meeting request was only generating an email instead of the full meeting invitation. This was traced to unimplemented code and has been corrected. In addition, enhancements have been added to the FormatMeetingRequest RUD to set RSVP options for TO & CC recipients, and the PRODID flag value has been parameterized.

Added alternate method for sorting and filtering listview fragments with Microsoft Internet Explorer 9

Using Microsoft Internet Explorer 9, sorting and filtering were not working after upgrade in ListView using the WorkListViewSelector in the Fragment tab of the ListView. This was due to the version of EventListener not being supported for Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 and lower browsers so a check has been added that will call the old methodology of calling window.attachEvent for these functions.

reRunReport modified to use fully qualified RUF from Procomm ruleset

In some cases, re-running a report would fail due to an inability to pick the correct instance of the Rule-Utility-Function getPropertyValue from two rulesets with the same parameters (in the KYC ruleset and the Procomm ruleset). This has been resolved by modifying the reRunreport activity to use the fully qualified RUF from the PegaProcom ruleset.

Corrected purging for History and Attachments
Resolved in Pega Version 7.1.7
A problem was found with purging the History and Attachments for cover and folder items. This was traced to history tables using datetime columns as key properties: many databases round these values to less precision than PRPC uses, and the keys did not match. The purgeitems function has been updated to delete the instance specifically and bypass recalculating the InsKey.

Resolved in Pega Version 7.1.9
A null pointer exception was sporadically being being generated by the pxTransferAssignment activity. This was found to be an issue where a previous step to open the work object failed and the TransferWorkPage was therefore not created, followed by the absence of that page leading to the failure of the WHEN condition that was using the Rule-Utility-Function hasMessages. The handling has been updated to avoid this issue.

The SMS treatment rule full history provided by Pega Marketing was not reflecting the actual changes that were applied in each revision and the compare differences functionality was not showing expected differences. The handling of the comparison has been updated to correct this, and the logic has been further improved to include the "initial creation" version when appropriate.

Event size difference on calendar corrected

When using the out-of-the-box calendar gadget to display some events apart from the worklist goals and deadlines, an event shown on the calendar was correct in the monthly view but had the wrong time and duration in the daily view. This was traced to the way the height of the div tag was calculated in different functions, and has been corrected.
