Mobile app improvements for poor connectivity conditions

Resolved in Pega Version 8.5.1

When the mobile app was used in areas with poor data network connectivity, the screen was freezing or a number of sync errors were seen. Improvements have been made in the processing and wait conditions to smooth the functions when connectivity is intermittent.

Tree grid alignment fixed

Resolved in Pega Version 7.4

An alignment problem was seen with a Tree grid layout when the Freeze grid header check box from the presentation tab of Tree grid layout was checked. This was due to the system not updating the width of the header in sync with the body cells, and has been fixed.

Prepending zero to single digit hour and minute for iOS native calendar

The iOS native calendar was not parsing datetime values if h m values were less than 10, for example 09:05, resulting in an exception and freezing the app. To resolve this, the system will prepend a zero for iOS if the hour and minute values are less than 10.

Cancel button added to reset stuck mobile downloads

Occasionally a mobile download would become stuck from an undetermined reason and cause the UI to freeze without a means to reset or cancel. To assist in recovery, a "Cancel" button will now be visible during the downloading process for a mobile app in mobile channel.

Fixed tree grid column alignments for Internet Explorer/ Chrome

Resolved in Pega Version 7.3

When using freeze headers with fill 100% width, Internet Explorer and Chrome showed alignment issues between the header and content columns in a tree grid. This was caused by a missing semicolon in the inline style of left grid header for tree grid, which has been fixed.
